In today’s era of streaming media it’s no surprise that you can watch live sports from anything that’s connected to the net. A little technical savvy goes a long way, especially if you’re on the road and you don’t have a Slingbox-type device to save the day.

Enter MyP2P, the web’s best guide for live sports. I’m sure people are wondering what the FCC thinks about this. Chances are, they’re not thrilled about it but it falls into such a grey area that I’m not sure what they could do about it.

MyP2P merely provides links to web clients (TVU, Sopcast, etc) that stream the desired content. However, by no means is it a seamless operation to watch your favorite game. You have to download and install multiple clients, some of which are ad-based and spammy in nature. Then you copy the links provided my MyP2P into your client and pray that something shows up. Many of the links are dead, some are slow, and some take you elsewhere.

In any event, I’ve found MyP2P to be a lifesaver on certain occasions. With some effort and patience, you can too!
