Joost, the promising internet tv service from the makers of Skype, has added Indy racing to their lineup of available sports content.
The IndyCar Series and Indianapolis 500 announced today that they will provide their content on their own IndyVision channels on Joost, including IndyCar Races, Iny 500 Films, and exclusive IndyVision programming.
After receiving $45 million in funding a few weeks ago, Joost is poised to be the catalyst for the world of internet based television. If they’re able to lockup a major player of sports media content such as the NBA, NFL, MLB, MMA, or WWE, the sky is the limit for Joost.
